1. Agreement and service
By creating an account, accessing Prodeonco, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.
Prodeonco provides first-party cloud accounting software for organizations to organize sales, purchases, accounting records, bank and cash activity, and reports. The service is not a bank, payment processor for third parties, marketplace, money transmitter, lender, investment product, or provider of tax, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your accounting decisions, filings, tax obligations, and professional advice.
2. Accounts and organization data
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. Each organization is responsible for its users, permissions, and the information entered into its workspace.
You must have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to enter, import, store, and use organization data in Prodeonco, including information about customers, vendors, employees, and other contacts. You instruct us to process that data only to operate and support the service for your organization.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use Prodeonco to:
- break applicable law or infringe another person’s rights;
- upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access;
- misrepresent your identity, organization, or payment information;
- process payments for other merchants, transmit money, or operate a marketplace through the service; or
- use the service to store or process payment-card data outside of Stripe’s hosted payment flows.
We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, or to address a violation of these Terms.
4. Free trial
A new organization receives a 14-day Prodeonco trial. The trial is granted by Prodeonco, not by Stripe, and does not automatically create a paid subscription. Choosing a paid plan during the trial opens Stripe Checkout for an immediate paid subscription; it does not add a second trial period.
If you do not choose and complete a paid subscription, access ends when the trial period ends. We may change or withdraw trial availability for future signups where permitted by law; that will not change a trial you have already started unless we give notice as required by law.
5. Plans, billing, and automatic renewal
Prodeonco currently offers the same plan for each organization workspace. Each new organization has its own local trial and subscription eligibility; the prices below apply to one organization workspace. All prices are in United States dollars (USD). The full charge, cadence, and any taxes Stripe applies are shown in Stripe Checkout before you confirm payment.
| Billing period | Price | Recurring charge |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly | USD 9.99 | Every month |
| Six months | USD 49.99 | Every six months |
| Annual | USD 89.99 | Every year |
When you complete Stripe Checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge the applicable amount and to renew the subscription automatically at the selected cadence unless you cancel it. Stripe’s hosted Checkout and Customer Portal are used to process payment methods, invoices, receipts, plan changes, and cancellations.
Prodeonco is delivered digitally as a software service; we do not ship physical goods. Paid access is activated only after our server verifies Stripe paid-invoice proof, not merely because a browser returns from Checkout.
We may change prices or plans for a future renewal. If we do, we will make the revised price available before it applies. For a material recurring-price change to an existing subscription, we will give at least 30 days’ prior notice and apply the change no earlier than the next renewal, subject to applicable law.
6. Cancellation and refund policy
You can initiate cancellation from Settings → Billing in Prodeonco. The action opens the hosted Stripe Customer Portal, where the authorized organization owner or billing administrator completes the cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access until that date, and the subscription will not renew after that date unless it is reactivated before the period ends.
Refund policy: Subscription payments are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, cancelled periods, or missed use of the service. We will provide a refund only when required by applicable law or when we confirm a service failure that warrants one under this policy.
For a refund request, email info@prodeonco.com and include the account email, organization name, and Stripe receipt or invoice reference if available. Do not include card numbers or other payment-card data in your message.
We review a request against this policy and applicable law and may ask for reasonable information to verify the account and payment. If we approve a refund, we issue it through Stripe to the original payment method where available and communicate the outcome through the support channel.
Your statutory consumer rights, where they apply, are not limited by this policy.
7. Payment problems and taxes
Stripe processes payment activity. If a payment fails or a subscription is unpaid, Stripe may request an updated payment method and we may limit or end paid access after the applicable access period. A payment failure does not create additional trial time.
Any taxes Stripe applies are shown at Checkout. You are responsible for taxes, duties, levies, or similar charges associated with your subscription, except taxes based on our net income.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Prodeonco available and reliable, but the service may be unavailable due to maintenance, security work, third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service. We will provide notice where required by law.
9. Ownership and feedback
You retain your rights in organization data that you submit to Prodeonco. We retain all rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display organization data to provide and support the service.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you as the source without your permission.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prodeonco is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every accounting, tax, or regulatory requirement. You are responsible for reviewing your records and using qualified advisers where appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, Prodeonco is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
11. Contact and updates
We may update these Terms when the service, billing, or applicable requirements change. We will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date. If applicable law requires a particular notice or a new affirmative agreement before an update can apply, that requirement controls.
Questions about these Terms, billing, cancellations, or refunds can be sent to info@prodeonco.com.
